In Japan are 'purikura' photo booths where you can make a photo and then edit!
You can place frames and kawaii-stuff on the photos! :D

There are so much 'purikura' photo boots in Japan! 

But where I live, there are no photo boots, so there is a site!
So you don't have to go to Japan, to edit a photo!
